Notonthehighstreet is a fantastic company to work for, from the way they look after you, to the way they push you to do your best and then recognise you for it.
I've seen it grow and grow through some really dire times but despite that they've come out the otherside and I really believe they will flourish. NOTHS is and forever will be the home of my career, the place that gave me a chance to show them what I could do and then consistently encouraging me to take the next step.
I owe NOTHS a great deal, and I would go back to work there any time.

Phone interview, home technical task and on-site. The on-site was in two phases, culture fit and technical requirements. The technical interview was based on general problem-solving, using your own technical test as context and your experience so far as an engineer.
