Bending really is what it presents itself as. Initially I thought there had to be something off but that's not true! As to give some of the main advantages over other italian and european companies: highly competitive salary, friendly environment, smart and ambitious colleagues, broad variety of benefits. Lots of support!

Salary above the average. Possibility to convert partially or totally the superminimo in order to buy company share options discounted by 30%. Yearly bonus to have in cash or share options. Food and beverage free at the office (also dinner if needed). New generation work equipment, remote work equipment. Possibility to work entirely from remote or decide to come to the magnificent office. Sports paid from the company if you decide to go with other spooners. A certain amount of money to spend every year to bond with the team. Yearly retreat with the whole company, fully paid. I don't know if I mentioned everything but I guess I am clear :)

Amazing company, good leadership, I feel like I do meaningful work, friendly coworkers, a lot of benefits, free food (breakfast, lunch, dinner), 2 paid retreats per year, well-paying for Italian standards.

- buoni benefit (vacanze illimitate, piano welfare, attivita' mensili) - colleghi competenti con voglia di lavorare - bei progetti. non fai mai solo bug fixing e scrivi codice che viene effettivamente usato

- cattivo equilibrio vita/lavoro in molti team. spesso si lavora la sera e nei fine settimana e ti scrivono su Slack a tutte le ore - la maggior parte dei manager e' incompetente a livello manageriale. quanto stai bene dipende dal team in cui finisci - non c'e' strategia o visione a lungo termine

Progetti interessanti e realizzati in maniera tecnicamente eccellente, talenti eccezionali in ogni campo, ma soprattutto un ambiente sereno ed umano, dove si è tutti disposti ad aiutare il prossimo, e si è amici più che colleghi.
