Young environment. Positive work environment (depends on the team). Opportunity to work on different projects. Remote work 50% only for developers/designers (up to 3 days a week; not a benefit, but a work mode). Meal vouchers worth 8€ (only if you're in the office). Opportunity to obtain Google certifications (not during working hours).
Svantaggi
Salaries below market average. The company does not invest in hard skill training. The only training is "on the job". You could end up working in Body Rental. Team leaders/managers are not very present (there are few, and most employees are young). Any bonuses are awarded only from the L3 level. Working hours 9:00 - 18:00, flexibility is too bureaucratic, you have to consult HR every time for a schedule change.
