Not a big consulting firm, but more of a consulting family. Each country in the group has good connections with each other. Strong focus in personal training soft/hard skills.

Keyrus is lacking in marketing/social media. Keyrus offers a lot of trainings, but when active at a client the time for training is lacking.

-Encourage growth of all its employees in a variety of means - personal, professional, and skill-based. - Management welcome feedback from employees and actually strive to make things better and ensure that their employees are satisfied. - Smart, talented, and friendly co-workers and a collaborative environment. - Diverse projects- I was able to work on a mix of projects that were small, medium and large which... was a wonderful way to get a good breadth of knowledge of tools, industries, and business concepts.

Good workforce, your team members are competent and helpful people. The WeWork office is kinda nice IF you are lucky enough to be granted access to it. Management is quite accessible for a company this size.

Oh boy, where to start? The company is a utter mess. Lack of processes, lack of support, and the HR department is absurdly broken and innefective. The whole thing became a cliche amongst workers, bragging about their horror stories of processes and issues with HR. There is absolutely NO integration between the main company and the local branch, meaning, we do not work for a multinational company - we work for a... small consulting company who happens to borrow the French Keyrus' name, but we have NOTHING in common. There is ZERO career plans and no feedback or evaluation system - you're on your own and if you want a raise you must look somewhere else.

Talk to your employees. Look for them. Do your part in making sure this company works for a purpose and make sure your employees are properly evaluated and recognized.

- The company needs to implement a profit-sharing process to increase the workers' engage to the objectives. - Improve benefits. - Have better structure and support for feedbacks. The workers allocated in projects are not well analyzed and have difficulties to negotiate a raise for example.

Invest more in people, better processes in human resources for performance evaluation of employees, especially those that are allocated to projects, farther from the board. This care would reduce turnover.

Allocations can change quickly and informally- make your preferences known Smaller engagements can mean you end up working on 2-3 projects at once so time management becomes very important.

Management is very open and approachable to all employees. While at Keyrus you will be exposed to MANY tools and technologies. The company is tool agnostic and tailor the solution to the client's needs and requirements. All employees are willing to help and assist colleagues at any time! Management put in the effort on company culture by organizing company lunch, happy hours, ping pong tournament and more.... There is a play room so you can take breaks from tasks.

Vantaggi
Keyrus operates in interesting verticals, data and digital transformation being very trendy. It's a good place for juniors to get hands-on positions. Small teams give more responsibility

Lack of clear management vision. The company growth is mostly external, creating an overlap between business units. It results in a lot of internal politics, and less focus on the business. Very patriarchal management, a bit "old-school".
