      Flexible schedule and the ability to help the community.

      The turn over rate for workers is super high. The management work hard in the floor but don’t manage well. Crew members are constantly late or don’t show up and not much is done.The work load is heavy with little help most days. Also expect to push a lot of carts, even as a cashier.

      * the people there are awesome to be around * the job isn't stressful as a cashier or stocker * works with your hours and days off

      *being a Csm or manager is the worse thing to ever be * it's always busy and super short staffed * the pay sucks
