      Decent communication from C-level staff regarding the state of the company, occasional spot bonuses are nice, profit sharing is a new thing that they started in 2014. Flexibility in schedule is great depending on your manager. Benefits (health/vision/dental) are OK.

      Favoritism, no accountability for the failure of projects, communication issues between corporate account managers in Northern VA and technical staff in Blacksburg, no company match for 401k, convoluted performance review process making merit based raises difficult to come by.
