The people culture is supportive, inclusive, ND friendly. There are plenty of opportunities to do extra and to learn and develop.

Some processes are not the best. Management communication can be problematic, timing, volume, content, impact.

There are no pros to working in this finance team as no such thing exists. They have a conveyor belt of contractors instead.

You will be told by a recruiter that you will receive training and that all your birthdays and Christmases have come at once. You’ll then be a contractor for a few months with the understanding of being made permanent as the contract was being treated as a probation period. In reality, they have gone through 10 AP assistants in the past year who have all fallen for the same trap. Your contract says you have an 8 week notice period for a 3 month contract which makes no sense. You will be left to your own devices with no training and will just be expected to magically know everything without being shown.
