Worked with some talented people and the tenure of clients that would provide testimony was strong.

In a world of mobility and agility, we were tethered by desktop computers instead of having laptops. Hours were also extremely rigid 8:30-5:30, which won't land top sales people. Recruiters were graded on submissions, not interviews, so there was more of a reward for quantity than quality.

They are very intertwined with ChikFilA through their parent company MAU... and it was the strangest place I've worked in my career. They have a bunch of core engineers that have taken the mentality of shift leaders at a fast food restaurant and have formulas and recipes for exactly how you will do everything there. Its actually stunning how much effort they put into hiring experienced senior engineers only to cut them off at the knees :) They say phrases like "Engineering Excellence" a lot but frankly I saw none. I saw a paint by numbers painfully fragile series of innovation hurdles and resigned almost immediately. Normally I don't leave reviews but I figured I would try to save someone else the frustration. My gut told me even in the interviews that this place would suck and it did, so all I can say is listen to your gut if you interview here.
