Layoffs are very common here They believe in hire and fire policy Only short term project so people go on bench frequently They can pay you salary above market but you will be fired once project completed No appraisals to existing employees since last 3 years New leadership spoiled the company culture a lot US project so late night shifts are very common here Existing employees already looking for outside Not employee friendly policies All good policies revoked by new leadership Promotions are very rare Better join at your own risk
