6yThank you for leaving feedback, though I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way. We (the leadership) are aware that certain teams are feeling extra stress due to lack of Production support and the need to bring on additional resources. We are working hard to fill 50+ open reqs and looking into additional options to bring on extra support. In addition, in the All Hands we'll be discussing changes to the org structure that will create new opportunities for career growth and development. (I'm not sure where you heard that promotions and raises are "no longer on the table" - that's not an accurate statement and I hope that people will come to my team or other leaders if they have questions about that.) 3Q has always been a meritocracy and always invested strongly in its people, and none of that is changing.
