Management is always engaged but the decisions are made through team discussions so your opinion matters. It has a great home/life balance based on realistic schedules which isn’t always the case in the world of software. You’re never pigeon-holed into one type of project which helps build your skills and keeps you engaged. Even after a short time here it feels more like a family than a group of co-workers.
