No training, disorganized, 8 people are forced to do the work of 20+, subcontractors are often not paid on time, half the locations were closed last year, gossipy environment. No one, not even the temporary GM, is consistently there or on time. No promotion opportunities. Temp GM power trips hard and frequently- is vulgar and on personal calls throughout the entire shift. You WILL be forced to do multiple people’s jobs without training or extra compensation. They have a cash flow problem and they’re in financial trouble but will not tell us as much.
