When I knew about 5CA, I wanted to apply there immediately, I tried applying to this company for months until I got a chance to enter in August 2022. When you look for 5CA and as soon as you enter they tell you many wonderful things that they care about you that they work with video game companies that everything is amazing, that the payment is un USD etc. About the positive things of this company, there are only 3 things. • If you live in LATAM you'll earn good money since they pay in USD and 5-6 USD/H is good money in our countries, but honestly is pennies for them, they could easily pay more, if and when they give you a rise is like 10 cents or something like that. •Working from home is always a positive thing. • For the gaming support agent, position is only chat/ticket or non voice campaigns, which is good.

Now the negatives, there are many things that 5CA needs to improve. •The hiring process is horrible, they never bother to answer, and you can stay months without knowing anything of your process and if you message them, they won't answer. •Since you are a remote Agent, they track you using an App that is basically a keylogger that screenshot your device every few minutes and even more, they take a cut of your payment every time you get paid each week. •The management is the worst, they are very incompetent and disinterested. •Training, my training for the campaign it was 3 days, and it was useless most of the useful things for the job were created or given by other agents, like guides, macros, utilities etc. This people expect a top performer with a bad training and no resources. •Metrics and the infamous PIP (performance improvement program), if you are ever put on the PIP be assured that you are out, no one passes these things, the PIP is just an excuse for the managers, and this excuse is to fire people, they will tell you stuff like, that you have good odds that out of 9 PIPs only one has failed or that there is flexibility with this, all of that are lies, and don't even think of trying to reach out to other people for help they will use this against you. •Unreasonable standards, as you can see on other reviews here, there are 2 options if you don't be reach to their unreasonable goals they will send you to a PIP and fire you or if you are indeed good, they will overwork you. •Job security, with 5CA there is no job security they can just fire out of nowhere. In general, 5CA is a company that has some great people good campaigns (at least better than your average BPO) and that if you live in a poor country you earn good money but besides that is just another exploitative and abusive BPO with terrible policies and even worse managers. Also, no vacations, paid sick leaves or any other type of benefit, your hourly wage is what you get.

Vantaggi

Fully remote work which gives a lot of flexibility. Friendly and helpful colleagues and team leads. Good opportunity to gain experience in player support and work with international teams. Training and documentation are helpful for learning the projects.

Svantaggi

Work can sometimes be repetitive and depends heavily on the client project. Some processes can change frequently which requires adapting quickly.
