Vantaggi
The people are fantastic and easy to get along with.
Benefits are pretty decent. (Company matches 50% of up to 6% for 401k and offers a Roth IRA, employee pays 10% of healthcare costs, PTO)
Svantaggi
The pay is not enough for the area. If you don't have a degree, they don't feel you are worth paying a live-able wage (Even if you have a degree you still don't get paid your worth).
If you are working nights, get used to it. It is nearly impossible to get off nights no matter how long you are with the company.
