      Seems nice and concerned about his employees well-being at first, which I guess was a pro but then makes the cons even worse later.

      Full of excuses! Nearly almost late on every paycheck! Bounced multiple checks on each employee he's had. Very conniving and when confronted always has a reason why and plays the martyr so you'll never get a true answer. His business isn't even licensed as of now.
