Thank you for taking time and putting down your feedback. We certainly have evolved from being a start-up to a matured Start-up with the processes and methodologies that make us more efficient. In terms of the Technology, we are on top of it and form a great place to be for young and aspiring members with an appetite to learning. At 75F we are always looking for ways to improve from technology to company culture and our eNPS score is a testimony to that. Our Solutions include hardware which makes it very important to work in collaboration with the team. The system lab and the other testing devices and equipment enables the team to efficiently conduct the testing. Having said that, we are mindful of the situation and are taking utmost care to ensure the safety of our employees amidst the pandemic situation. All employees were given the option to talk to their Managers/Human Resources Team for any concerns with return to work and exceptions were also made based on the merit of the case. Benefits provided during the pandemic: i)Vaccination Drives for Employees ii) Covid medicines & Oxygen concentrators were made accessible to employees iii) Arrangement of isolation homes for those covid positive employees living in shared accommodation iv) Financial assistance v) Covid Support group for redressal for queries vi) Leaves and other assistance to support employees vii) Commute for employees viii) flexibility to work for 1 day/week from office The Management Team is conscious about the fact that unplanned and unscheduled meetings can create a havoc to the daily routine. Hence, we have taken various measures such as: i) No meetings are called without an agenda or action item/s ii) All meetings are tracked and run using clickup iii) All participants are given a chance to drop off from a meeting or decline the meeting based on their urgency of tasks iv) Meetings are timed and monitored and lastly v) Meetings are rated We have a passionate CEO who really cares about the mission and the great work our folks are doing. One of the very few CEO’s who knows every employee by their names and yes, a little beyond just their names.

- There are some great people at 75F that make the cons more manageable (but that only goes so far). - Pay and share options are good. - Challenging in some aspects, so it's not a boring mindless job. - The team camaraderie is evident.

- The reviews you see about the CEO are correct, they are a man child that takes any criticism of the 75F system as a personal attack and reacts explosively. - Best of luck trying to debate anything if the CEO is in the meeting, if you say the wrong thing, boom, it's now a swearing fest. - Higher management hardly listens to their employees (especially the ones that work in the field and see and hear all the issues going on). Do not expect to be heard. - Higher management wastes time on many useless meetings and swears by using process and SOPs, but then turns around and disregards them just because they are higher up on the chain. - If you like being shot in the foot, this is the job for you. - CEO pushing software to release things super fast and not caring about quality at all.
