This company culture is so positive, caring, and so many people have gone out of their way to help me including Leaderships. The company truly cares about your career and where you want to go which even motivates everyone to help you achieve their goals.

      Great company. Lot's of advancement opportunities. SALES people can earn money here - order takers maybe not a lot.

      Expectations are high but with expectations comes $$ opportunities. I worked at another agency (like highway but starts with a FREE...) and expecations were also high but money wasnt there and I got tired of the president yelling at me,

      No growth, no PTO, no 401K, no sick days and no maternity/paternity leave. Very micromanaged to the point it is overwhelming.
