If you don’t feel like working full time or if you do enjoy working full time this is most likely for both those situations. Jackie is super flexible and lets you work when you feel up to working. If you don’t like a location because of rude staff or uncomfortable situations, she’s understanding and will move you to a new school. Because of her company I was able to sub all over San Diego and get an idea of how schools are in all kinds of areas, both rough and easy going.

No benefits unfortunately but that’s to be expected especially if you’re just a sub.

The kids you work with make it worth it.

Some places you get sent to should not be running preschools and need to get shut down. Working in these schools makes it hard.
