Training to be able to do what you expected to do is EXTENSIVE. We just had an awesome associate quit after only a few months. She started a career paying twice as much. A female heavy staff. I won’t elaborate. They reward you with food. I can assure you that no associate in my branch who benefits from cake, pizza and donuts. Tipping the scales with that assortment.
