Micromanagement, overworked and lack of understanding - Recensione dipendente - Course Advisor presso ACAP

My experience working with this company was extremely negative and disappointing. Flexibility was routinely threatened or removed as a blanket punishment for the mistakes of others, rather than issues being addressed fairly or individually. This created a culture of fear rather than accountability. Bullying behaviours were consistently dismissed or minimised by management, while micromanagement was excessive to the point that it undermined confidence and made capable employees question their own abilities. As a working parent, I found there was very little understanding or empathy. When a child was sick, the attitude was accusatory rather than supportive, as though reasonable parental responsibilities were an inconvenience rather than a reality. Overall, the workplace culture was unsupportive, poorly managed, and damaging to morale. I would not recommend this company to parents or anyone seeking a respectful, flexible, and psychologically safe work environment.
