This can be attributed to the non-team environment and un-welcoming attitude of most employees. -An extremely poor relationship with the tree trimming crews and tree trimming company supervision. -After one year of employment you will have exactly 40 hours of vacation and no sick time. -Truly not an independent vegetation management company as advertised. In reality, ACRT is closely tied to the major utility. -The company is very "thrifty" or "cheap" when it comes to their line level employees or utility foresters. For example, there is a constant push for these employees to save money on gas. However, upper management drives some of the most gas guzzling large vehicles of the entire fleet.
