Pay was kinda bad (really bad)

Opportunities to learn new tools, processes, and technologies. Stable work environment with a structured approach to delivery.

Career growth and role transitions may take time. Compensation could be more competitive compared to industry standards. Workload may increase during critical project phases. Process-heavy environment may feel restrictive for some employees. Limited flexibility in certain project or role allocations.
