Canberra Hospital is a completely broken and failed organisation. The levels of systemic corruption, bullying and intimidation are the worst I have ever been exposed to in my entire working life. Do not speak up about anything or you will lose your job, your career, your income and future earnings, and your home. Do not come to Canberra to work in health - you will regret like I and countless others have.
