They have a very good Sales Manager who knows the lab business in detail. They have some great science people developing genetic tests and a very good base of business in other areas of lab work in genetics and research.

They are having some severe growing pains in how to handle their own sales force and make it very difficult to sell in the field. The upper management don't seem to know which sales approach to take in launching tests and there is a lack of support when handling problems or getting correct answers to regulatory questions.
