I have recently seen a change in the focus of our management team on operations and the quality of our working environment. For many months nobody from corporate even came to visit us, but over the last 6 months we have seen the ops manager almost 3 times. It is nice to see a change in the bureaucracy and disorganized management style. I feel better about my job, now that someone knows what I actually do, and I feel more confident in the decisions that are being made by our leaders.

Lack of leadership consistency is concerning. Upward mobility can be difficult and requires a lot of conversations and networking. Decisions are made with your current work performance in mind - can be challenging if you don't necessarily like your current role. Lack of network usage for our businesses - lots of laboratories in the u.s. but we do not capitalize on this network.
