Once a quarter we do a team building exercise . It involves leaving work at lunch on the last workday that week , a bowling alley , a few cold ones with your teammates . And you dont even have to worry about a short paycheck the next week . It's pretty awesome ! Good people to work with . 4 day weeks if your working 10 hour shifts .
