Welcoming, open environment. Management is transparent. They work with us as team members, not as disconnected managers. They trust us to get our work done and we do not let them down. They listen to us when we have concerns and ideas. We have excellent opportunities to make positive change in the business and we have the tools we need to do so.

The company is still new, so it is still feeling some manageable bumps as it gets established.

Lunch break being an hour is the only “pro”

Extremely toxic and biased environment starting with the office manager (red lion road) , hiring mgr (he acts like he cares about your feelings) HR who is on a power trip and acts incredibly unprofessional.
