The teams are not only talented, but supportive and collaborative. 🕵️ Defense Industry Realities Much of the work is in classified environments, and customer approvals can take longer than I'd like. ⏳ External Deadlines Schedules can sometimes be driven by customer timelines rather than engineering timelines. 🔄 Growing Pains The business unit has grown quickly, so processes and policies sometimes evolve while we adapts to scale. Occasionally that creates a bit of “swirl.” 🔥 Busy Periods There are times when workloads increase around deadlines. It’s not constant, but it does happen.

Great pay/benefits. Management was not overbearing

Bad PTO policy. Really tough IT situation.
