      Too much office politics that can catch up on anyone. Explains the high turnover at the company. No work life balance. You work on weekends too and only got Sunday to rest. Poor compensation compared to the workload you have. No opportunities for career growth. You can stay on the same position for 15 years. Don't expect to be trained if you have no prior experience. You will be thrown right to the deep end.
