The company has a great exposure to clients and new technology being used in various Pharma and B2B Publishing Projects. The off-shore team is in India and great people to work with who understand the requirements very well and ask appropriate questions. The team in the US office is small but makes it easier to communicate and reach out to others for help or suggestions. Amazingly prepares you for the next role.

Svantaggi

The only downside according to me and my experience is that important messages are not conveyed between some high level team members and expect the same update to be provided to various members at different times which utilizes time and could be accommodated in other productive tasks.
