Great Views of Lake Michigan from the Chicago Office

Svantaggi

You are expected to work as if you are a robot tied to your desk in a large cramped office. The management is extremely disrespectful, they tend to only be friendly to other managers or senior staff. They love to flaunt how much money the company is raking in but will tell you in the same sentence that they can't afford to hire more help. If you have the misfortune to work graveyard shifts, your work load is twice as much as the day shift and the team is twice as small, but if you ask for help they will tell you that you're just not doing it right or need more training which they wont give you . If you have any self respect, do not work for this company, you will regret it.
