Also have acess to many capabilities across the wider Axa Group which are considerable from a client perspective.

In a period of transition from being an American culture to a French one but seem to be managing it well and some of it is quite refreshing. For example being a European listed company allows a more long term focus than the quarterly earnings focus of a US listed company.
