      Management can feel overly rigid at times, with rules that make the workplace feel more like school than a professional setting. Promotion opportunities are limited and progress is slow. Compensation is below industry standards, and there are no additional benefits aside from the basic salary.

      You can get along well with the employees here. I guess you can enjoy their Christmas party.

      Working ethic is strict. HMO is not provided to most employees. There are a lot of employees there that are already more than 1 yr employee but still didn't have HMO. The salary is quite low. And most of the time the staff are not heard, the upper management will decide things without hearing the side of the employees.
