Zero work/life balance. Goals/Standards constantly change and become harder to meet. This company has established stern guidelines/policies for collections do's and don'ts. However, in undocumented, verbal conversations, upper management advises that coworkers should use all methods necessary to obtain payment from past due accounts. These activities are noted in customer accounts and are a huge liability This company charges it's customers approximately three times the invoice cost of the items rented to customers. Competitors have much more reasonable rates.
