While they may be nice at first that quickly fades. I was hired and immediately put on the floor as they were very understaffed and told me they needed me to start right away (the same night as my interview). I even followed up asking how my performance has been and was given all positive feedback. They do not pay you a tip out for the first 3 training days, that seemed fine and normal enough to me. The main issue was after that fist week when they slowed back down then totally dropped me, actually they ghosted me since they have technically never fired me! I get one word responses to texts or no response at all, I have not been put back on the schedule for the last month and they have not even bothered to let me know they are not going to continue employing me! I was also never even paid for the hours I worked. So if you want to be taken advantage of and basically give them a few days of free labor this is the place for you.
