I want to be honest here. From day one I saw a heck of a lot of favoritism going on. I've been on teams where the "favorite" team member was allowed to fake their numbers, under-produce, and still got paid more than me based on seniority- and never get written up or talked to. The people who are favorites, just get moved account to account.
At the same time I've watched groups of high performing new people get laid off with no notice, no warning, no hint... because "that's the business". For a company that is SO performance driven, you would think that people going above and beyond for their clients would be rewarded or at least retained within the company (even if their client leaves)... instead people have to stay on their toes because no matter how many times you are told you have a place... that only is valid until, of course, you don't anymore (with no notice or reason).
For the ladies thinking about applying here, I don't think that the CEO has much respect for female team members or their growth. I've seen so much favoritism against women and SO much female turnover that it's a bit shocking.
The company rarely promotes from within (even when multiple management team members left all at once (should be a sign) they only promoted one person who had been managing his own account for a while).
If you are looking for work experience for a year... try it out. If you are looking for a career... don't waste your time. But know... that they use snacks and happy hours to mask the reality of what this company really is.
