I’ve recently started my role and have felt so welcomed and supported from day one. The onboarding process was smooth and my induction thorough. The homes are beautiful and feel like somewhere people can truly call home, I’m also impressed by the creative wellbeing initiatives and the forward thinking approaches. It’s great to be part of a workplace that genuinely puts people first.

I cannot think of any cons currently as still new to the role .
