Poor management. Absolutely no training and they expect perfection. If you ask questions you are reprimanded and most are unanswered and you’re told to figure it out yourself. I was fired due to lack of training without warning. I got a call in the middle of my shift and was fired without warning due to “mistakes made” yet i along with three other team members recieved no training and went to upper management to let them know of the situation and less than an hour later i was fired. If your are not favored then everyone will be against you. They have “clicks” and if anything is said about you by one in the click your fired because of being disliked. I have spoken to multiple past employees and all had similar if not the same experience as i did. I left an amazing job for the promise of a great new opportunity and then that happened. No opportunity for advancement No pay raises that are promised when hired Unaffordable “health benefits” every plan even for a single person is so expensive it will cost up to 30% of your weekly pay. Poor management No team work No collaboration No care of employees as you are just a number and can be replaced the day your fired
