The 9/80 schedule was nice

Awful culture. Felt like I went back 20 years in time (and not in a good way). Not a forward thinking company and misrepresents themselves as being one. Retroactive in everything they do. Terrible planning from the top which impacted everyone. Leadership did not listen to their employees and have people in management roles that do not want to manage.

The people, outside of leadership, are great.

- There is no diversity or inclusion. Racial and discriminatory comments are made without any action taken. There is not 1 person of (any) color represented in their leadership team - IT IS UNSAFE. Not sure how no one has submitted an OSHA claim yet - they test jet engines feet away from people working. If anything happens to the engine, someone can be killed or seriously injured. Additionally the smell and sound of the engine tests cause medical issues like headaches and tough breathing. When you go to HR, they don’t do anything about it and don’t allow you to WFH during testing hours. - Infestation of insects. They are everywhere! Reported to HR, and nothing done about it - CEO speaks to team members like we’re 5 years old but most of the engineers have more education and experience in our product than he does. - No competitive pay. They expect you to work long hours but do not compensate accordingly OR allow you to leave early another day to compensate OT - They talk a lot about our impact and the contracts we get but during my tenure, I did not see any actual engines being made and sold
