We encourage our owners to talk to their managers about their schedules, working hours, and opportunities for flexibility—solutions can be found in working flexible hours, taking personal time off (unlimited vacation), or talking to our in-house social worker. You are right, we are growing fast, and so we need to hire to meet demands and take the pressure off existing owners.
