Now part of Telefonica Tech, I started just over a month ago, The onboarding process has been really good which clear learning tasks to get started. Even my first day there was a schedule sent in advance so you're not worried about what to expect. The mentor system is great and really supports your progress. The overall culture is fantastic putting people first and some of the benefits support camaraderie. There's ample opportunity to progress your career with clear bandings and you can move up as soon as you are ready.

After recent mergers, some systems are still segregated but this will be completed over time.
