Thank you for sharing your feedback. We agree that we have a lot of invested colleagues and supportive leaders which make our company a rewarding and dynamic place to work. As a small independent business, we are committed to offering our employees a comprehensive and flexible benefits package, including paid parental leave. We are proud to provide birthing parents with 6 weeks of fully paid parental leave, which runs concurrently with FMLA. Our paid time off is offered as a combined pool, allowing employees to use it for vacation, personal days, or sick leave, which gives them more flexibility in managing their time off. If you would like to discuss your experience or our parental leave policy further, please reach out to me directly. I’m happy to speak with you. Jessica Romano, Chief of Staff jromano@engageadcom.com

Vantaggi

This can be a good place if your main goal is to make friends and work alongside other young professionals in a very social environment. The culture emphasizes connection, happy hours, and perks like free beer on Fridays, which can be fun and appealing at first.

Svantaggi

The compensation does not match the workload. Employees are severely underpaid for the amount of responsibility expected, and much of the work is pushed onto younger, lower-paid individuals. Over time, the emphasis on “culture” starts to feel like a trade-off for fair pay, sustainable workloads, and long-term growth. Social perks don’t make up for burnout or feeling undervalued. Overall, this may work as a short-term experience early in your career, but it’s not a sustainable option if you’re looking for fair compensation, balance, or strong support from management.
