Like any high growth company, every process isn’t perfectly defined and you need to go get stuff done on your own from time to time.

Team members were great to be around

Upper management had been taking away employee perks like monthly lunches, and get stingy and slow with raises, despite record breaking profits in the company’s history this year. Morale gets worse every year and the company doesn’t care. You are just a replaceable number in their eyes. And this company REEKS of nepotism.
