Huge opportunity to learn Oracle cloud ERP as long as you know you are a quick learner. I got taught cloud from scratch starting with Task Manager, Projects functionality and transactional BI dashboard.

Short aggressive duration of projects which causes a lot of pressure and extra work. But good pay rate balances it out.

I couldn't have said it better. This "rude" consultant knows more about Oracle than Addvantum 4 headed Management team combined. And he got fired for it. When the “rude” consultant gave the client important information in his first meeting with the consultant, the client stated that they hadn’t been told that information in the prior 3 months by Addvantum consultants and praised the consultant. So I guess the “rude” consultant was “hazy” and had no “basic computer skills”. Hmmmmmmm. • The “rude” consultant attended a meeting that the client was so angry they were prepared to ask for money back from Addvantum. • The Addvantum Management, 4 of them”, failed to prepare the “rude” consultant with important client processes and failed to stand by the “rude” consultant after the fact. The man who spoke about the non changing attitude of Addvantum tried to make the "rude" consultant back off. I wonder what he thinks of Addvantum now. Hmmmmm. But they paid the "rude" consultant because they were afraid of him. That's who they are....... "chickens"
