Friendly colleagues, good experience in the retail sector, opportunities to travel

Mixed culture - some of the staff are willing to go the extra mile to get the job done, however, most are clock-watchers who will only do their hours regardless of productivity. Lack of direction - it definitely needs a consultant to define clear company processes. Too many legacy staff - unwilling to change or embrace new ways of working or innovation.

Due to fast growth there are lots of opportunities for development. Great customers provide good opportunities to learn.

The business has growing pains and not all processes are quite the finished article. Need to be flexible as things change quickly.
