Work from home flexibility for many roles, free lunch when working in the office, and exposure to a fast paced environment with opportunities to learn multiple aspects of the business quickly. There were also talented and hardworking team members across departments. The company promotes values centered around accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement, which initially made the opportunity appealing.

My experience did not consistently align with the values presented during the hiring process. Despite being a high performing employee, I was terminated without prior formal performance reviews, documented coaching, or clear communication that my performance was an issue. The only explanation provided, including to the Georgia Department of Labor, was “performance,” without additional context.
I experienced inconsistent communication and standards across teams, which sometimes made expectations unclear. The management style, in my experience, was highly directive and heavily micromanaged, with limited openness to feedback or differing perspectives. Raising concerns or offering alternative viewpoints did not always feel encouraged.
I also observed concerns around consistency in support, communication, and opportunities within some remote and lower visibility roles. While employee concerns sometimes appeared to be acknowledged, I did not personally observe meaningful follow through or improvement during my time there.
Overall, the environment felt more focused on alignment with leadership expectations than collaboration or open discussion. Based on my experience, I would not consider it a place that offers strong long term stability for employees seeking transparency, constructive feedback, and collaborative leadership.
