- Project supervisors are from different backgrounds and have no idea what are exact requirements from each task - Their expectations from a co-op student are 5 years MBA degree + PhD Degree + senior software developer working on the server. I never understood why would a person have 5 years MBA degree and work as a co-op student? - Apart from the project everything else is discussed Cast, Religion. Truly a racists place to work!!
