The pay is decent here, but it’s as if they will hire anyone out of desperation

A company who sells consulting to Dr.’s, pushing systems and have no working systems themselves. There is CONSTANT turnover in every department (I witnessed 23 people leave or be terminated on ridiculously immoral terms in 9 months). There are zero leadership skills within any of the management. All in all, this is a sad excuse for a company.

I really enjoyed my time working as a Trainer for AMI. The role provided me with a lot of hands-on experience in physical rehabilitation training. One of the biggest advantages of working at their monthly events was the opportunity for continuous learning. These events are designed to train doctors, and as a trainer, you get to actively participate, support the speaker, and absorb a wealth of knowledge each time. Every event offered something new, making it a rewarding and educational experience.

If there’s one con, it’s that things don’t always go exactly as planned—after all, these are live events. Sometimes you have to think on your feet, adjust your pace, or improvise based on time constraints. But honestly, that unpredictability was also part of the fun and a great way to build real-world experience and adaptability.

Just look at their employee turnover data from the last few years, and you’ll not even think of working here or looking for positives.

The employee turnover is ridiculously high. Who gets the blame? The arrogant leadership. They are clueless about how to lead and retain employees. Their poor attitude leads to a higher number of people quitting than those staying. Avoid working here if you are smart.
