No work life balance, poor management and extreme micro management, no vision, no proper hierarchy, extremely unrealistic targets and a management that treats its employees like use and throw. All bad comments keep getting deleted by the management. PF will never given to you, they did not pay me for 1.5 years worth of PF, the middle management is talentless and clueless, especially the person who heads the costing team. For developers it is even worse. For all those who said it is a good place to start your career, it is not, it damages it more than do anything good for it.
