I like Centra Care because it opens the door to many opportunities throughout the AdventHealth system. Reasonable benefits and wonderful mission. The only company I know that fulfilled a promise to keep employees whole through the worst of the pandemic with no layoffs!

I feel that that with recent growth, the leadership team has failed at organization. Where most organizations plan, organize and then grow, Centra Care seems to have grown first. Still hoping for attention to the organizational structure to come. This has created confusion and a lack of communication.
